Anthony Hightower

Board Vice President

Role: Supports organizational leadership and strategic direction.

The Vice President assists the President in guiding the mission and strategic direction of the organization. This role helps support board operations, participates in key organizational decisions, and may step in to lead meetings or represent the organization when the President is unavailable The Vice President works collaboratively with board members to help ensure the organization’s programs and initiatives align with its mission and long-term goals.

Rita Moore

Board Secretary

Role: Keeps official records and meeting notes.

The Secretary maintains official records of board meetings and organizational documentation, helping ensure proper governance and accountability.

Founder & Executive Director

Lenita Briscoe, MBA

The President leads the board in advancing the mission and strategic direction of the organization. This role provides overall guidance, supports program development, and helps ensure that the organization operates with integrity, accountability, and purpose. The President works closely with board members and community partners to support the growth of the organization and the successful implementation of its programs and initiatives.

Carolyn Mack-Gilliam

Board Treasurer

Role: Oversees finances and financial accountability.

The Treasurer provides financial oversight for the organization, helping ensure transparency and responsible stewardship of donations and resources.

Role: Provides guidance, support, and oversight.

Board members provide strategic guidance, community insight, and support to help Restored Pathways Foundation fulfill its mission.
